Why did the King desire to transfer authority to Mankind?

In the scriptures, God specifically gave authority to mankind on the earth. Being a live human being gives you a legal earthly right to have authority on the earth. God did not say let “Us” have dominion on the earth.

When God created Adam and Eve they both were given Kingship. He commanded “them” to have dominion. This was the secret to power and authority from God to man. This came from heaven to the earth.

God always keeps his promises and his word. God’s spoken declaration creates a law on the earth. Mankind is the only legal authority on the earth that can act on The King’s behalf. We are in partnership with God.

Jesus (the man in an earthly body) Christ (the Spirit of God) was legal on the earth. That’s the power that you have. God expected his children to have dominion. He wanted their behavior to reflect it.

This set a stage for man’s assignment and measurement of success for his existence. This also relates to God’s purpose and plan for humans. God gave specific boundaries for rulership. God gave permission for us to rule and have dominion over creation of the earth and resources of the earth.

Here is an account of human to human domination not dominion: Genesis 4:4-6

And Abel also brought an offering—fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock. The Lord looked with favor on Abel and his offering,  but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor.

So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must (rule) over it.”

Now Cain said to his brother Abel, “Let’s go out to the field.” While they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him.

Point Taken: We are commanded to love each other. The King stated, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” We were never created to rule our kind, we were created to rule creation and resources.
